Back
Poor Itsy has been spending most of her time this week laying sprawled out in the dining room under the fan. Last night, however was quite cool which perked her right up. I fell asleep on the couch watching a movie and was woken by her racing back and forth on me and digging my blankets off. Bunnies.
Although I haven't had much time to start anything, I've been dreaming of beginning all kinds of projects. I've been almost as bad about visiting other blogs as I've been about maintaining my own blog, but I should really start because they tend to be the best source of inspiration for me. I also got a couple of books with lots of projects I want to start.
The cross stitch book is absolutely beautiful. I don't actually cross stitch (I made one very simple, and rather vulgar yet funny one from subversivecrossstitch.com) but I'm definitely going to have to start. I also finally got Afghans on the Double which I've been meaning to get for quite a while. There are so many beautiful afghans in this book, I can't wait to start making them as gifts. Hopefully I'll be able to finish them in less than a year.

There is one pattern in Afgans on the Double that I have crocheted about 10 times for gifts. It's a great book.
Itsy is adorable! I wish Peaches would jump on me but she usually rips up a box to wake me up. LOL
